Upon receipt of your order, Edge will send you an email confirming the transaction. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days after it has been processed.
Note: When launching a new product, lead times may be longer than expected. Oh, the challenges of being a small business!
Yes. For international deliveries, write us at info@edgeexperience.ca to place your order. International orders will be shipped by Fedex or Canada Post. Our team will offer you the best rates and delivery times before proceeding with the order.
It is not possible to change the order online. On the other hand, if it has not yet been processed, we can modify it. To change an order that has not been processed, write to info@edgeexperience.ca.
To return a damaged or defective item, you should notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the item.
In the email, please include a photo of the defect (such as at the seams, on the fabric or as part of the tailoring) and send it to info@edgeexperience.ca. We will get back to you within 5-7 business days. Each return request will be handled with care by our team, knowing that each situation will be different.

Frequently asked questions
A certain level of pilling of the fabric is normal. Pilling is caused by the breakage of fibers and occurs when sitting on rough surfaces or when the garment experiences constant friction in the same place. In addition, there is a possibility that some washing machines will damage clothes. We strongly advise you to avoid machine drying the garment.
