What are the shipping times for orders?

Upon receipt of your order, Edge will send you an email confirming the transaction. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days following processing.

Note: When launching a new product, lead times may be longer than expected. This is the challenge of small businesses!

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes. For international shipping, please email us at info@edgeexperience.ca to place your order.

International orders will be shipped via FedEx or Canada Post. Our team will provide you with the best rates and delivery times before placing your order.

Can I change my order?

It is not possible to modify an order online. However, if it has not yet been processed, we can modify it. To modify an unprocessed order, write to info@edgeexperience.ca .

How do I return a defective item? (Defective or damaged)

To return a damaged or defective item, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.

In the email, please include a photo of the defect, either in the seams, fabric or workmanship, and send it to info@edgeexperience.ca .

We will respond to you within 5 to 7 business days. Each return request will be carefully handled by our team, understanding that each situation will be different.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What can I do?

You should receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you haven't received one, you can:

  • Check your spam folder;
  • If you have checked your spam and the confirmation is still not there, write to us at info@edgeexperience.ca and we will send you the confirmation again.

Maintenance, durability and eco-responsible certifications

Is it normal for my clothes to pill after a while?

Some fabric pilling is normal. Pilling is caused by fiber breakage and occurs when sitting on rough surfaces or when the garment is subjected to constant friction in the same area. Additionally, some washing machines may damage garments. We strongly recommend avoiding machine drying.

How do I care for my garment?

Hand wash or gentle cycle in cold water and hang to dry. Econyl fiber dries quickly! Do not bleach. Please note that we will not accept any returns due to shrinkage.

What is OEKO-TEX certification?

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a global certification system that guarantees that textiles have been manufactured in a closed loop, meaning they have no impact on the environment.

To obtain certification, numerous criteria must be met, including those related to chemical use and environmental emissions. We are proud to say that all of our fabrics are certified by STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
